Q- Are your stylists experienced?

 A- Our collective of licensed & insured beauty professionals has over a decade of education and firsthand skills to accommodate any look you are trying to achieve! We are diverse in multiples skin types and hair textures for all ages.

Q- Do you offer Bridal Trials?

A- YES! Our bridal trials can be scheduled upon client request ONLY INSTUDIO. As they are a separate fee; we do charge the same price as our bridal services. We schedule our trials for an hour per each service to give ample amount of time for consultation, application and correction if needed.

Q- Do you have a service minimum?

A- For On-Site Services we do have a 3+ service minimum to travel to your desired location. If you are inquiring for single service/ two service/ elopement bridal hair and makeup we do value you! So, we offer options that would be able to accommodate your needs too!

Q- Do you travel?

A- On-Site travel or Destination Travel is welcomed. Our travel fee is a minimum of $100 per artist/stylist/barber. The travel fee is estimated by drive time distance to location and how many stylists/artists that would be required to travel to your on-site event. When presented the travel fee quote, please take into consideration that this is a luxury convenience when we bring everything to you! We include labor fees, set up & tear down, equipment for onsite services, insurance recovery for the beauty professionals, or hotel lodging/airfare into quote. If requiring an early start wedding schedule (7 am or earlier) there will be an additional Early Start Fee of $50 per artist/stylist required to attend said event.

Q-Do you require a deposit? 

A- In order to officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and booking fee (non-refundable retainer) of $200. This is NOT a deposit, and it does not get applied back to your final invoice. This booking fee includes/covers said reservation of your event date, assigned hold of your bridal stylists/artists (so they only work for you this day), legal contract notarization, contract insurance coverage, communication, coordination and scheduling leading up to evet.

Q-What is your in-studio-bridal suite/ men's lounge fee? 

A- Do you need a spot to get ready before the big moment? If you have a 3+ service minimum receiving hair and makeup from our collective we have our in-studio suite access available for reservation. The in-studio access fee for our Bridal Suite is $250 and includes pro hair & makeup stations, lounge, full kitchen, restroom, and beverages for your party (900 sqft just for you!) The In-Studio Fee does NOT apply to single service/ two service/ elopement bridal hair and makeup as this would be an appointed service agreement.

A- Our Modern Men's Lounge is located in STL for the groom & his crew for a chill and warming atmosphere to get ready in. This access fee is $250 and includes barbering chairs/ grooming stations, lounge, full kitchen and restroom. This reservation is for booked events with the collective barbering & grooming packages.

Q-Do you charge gratuity? 

A-We do have a gratuity charge of 20%. Our Gratuity Charge is applied at final bill for the entire service amount; this is including travel fees + services itself. This charge is split evenly amongst all artists/stylists/barbers who travels and performs services at your event.

Q- Do you offer payment plans?

A- YES! Payment options are always up for discussion! Whether you need a payment plan agreement or want to avoid surcharges, never hesitate to ask!

Q-Do you provide a timeline of services for the big day?

A-YES! We take care of your scheduling and coordination to insure a smooth and fun day. We will provide you with a detailed schedule and bridal prep sheet for yourself and squad! 2 weeks prior to your event date, we will send a confirmation of service date including details and invoice for final collection, along with a detailed schedule/timeline for the big day! If you or your event planner requests for early schedule delivery, we can send that over anytime!

Q- What is something special you have to offer?

A- An unforgettable experience! We pride ourselves in great communication and artistry. When able, we love to document our special time together and send you a complimentary content creation video of our time spent having fun!
